1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. The available shipping options will be presented during the checkout process, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select locations)
Note: Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected, delivery location, and the total weight of your order. These costs will be displayed during checkout, before you finalize your purchase. Playstore occasionally offers promotions with free shipping or discounted rates, which will be noted on our website.
3. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you can track its progress using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping services and will notify customers when international shipping becomes available.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there are occasional delays that are out of our control, such as:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- High order volumes (especially during holidays)
- Carrier-related delays or logistical issues
In case of any significant delay, we will notify you via email and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
6. Missing or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged or if an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@playstore.today or call us at 646-546-6123. We will arrange for a return or exchange, as applicable.
- Missing Packages: If you believe your order is missing, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international customers (when available), please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will vary depending on the destination country and local regulations.
