1. Returns

We accept returns on all eligible items within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original, unused condition. Footwear must not have been worn outside and should not show any signs of wear.
  • Original Packaging: All returned items must include the original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, and any accompanying accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your return and issue a refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note the following:

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of wear, is missing parts, or is returned outside of the return window, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return request.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the steps outlined above for initiating a return. Upon approval, we will send you the replacement item free of charge.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale Items: Any products purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized Products: Items that have been customized or personalized (e.g., monogrammed) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@playstore.today. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement free of charge. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, and we will guide you through the process.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. If it still hasn’t appeared, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
